The Program (200 hour level)
At One Yoga — long considered the pioneer in its presentation of the ancient practice of yoga to the modern world — blends the best of Western culture (music, fashion, and technology) with that of Eastern culture (spirituality and the healing arts). More than just a practice — At One Yoga is a lifestyle. Learn the fascinating story behind the 6,000-year-old discipline of yoga and discover how to incorporate this powerful knowledge into every aspect of your life.

Whether you are interested in deepening your own practice or you feel the call to teach, the At One Yoga In-Depth Studies & Teacher Training program is committed to the personal success of each participant. Students are encouraged to engage in "svadhyaya" — the Sanskrit term for self-inquiry — and use the program as a significant part of their continuing journey on the road to self-knowledge. Students will acquire the confidence to communicate the practice of yoga to others with the highest level of skill while honoring their own unique voice and style.
