Matt Hodges"I am inspired by everyone around me!" Five years ago, I experienced my first class with Ian. I had come to yoga looking for strength and flexibility to enhance my life. I came away with a much greater gift than I had expected to find. Through yoga and meditation I have learned of the power of breath and how it taps into the underlying prana that circulates throughout our body and mind, bringing the internal together with the external. My classes focus on combining strength and flexibility with the power of the breath to transform your practice into a flowing meditation. |
