Celia ReedCelia started practicing yoga in 2003 to regain her physical balance after an illness. Once back on her feet, she fell in love with vinyasa yoga. Celia currently practices astanga and yin, which she considers the perfect combination. In May 2008, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at At One Yoga and has been teaching ever since. She is amazed at how much the practice of yoga has enhanced all aspects of her life, and hopes that her students can find that same joy and amazement through their practice. Celia teachs with compassion and humor, emphasizing the power of the breath to take her students into new places. When not practicing law or practicing yoga, Celia loves to read and spend time with her friends and two Maine Coon cats, Oofer Rabbit and Barnum Bailey. |
