Lara Rosenberg

Lara did her teacher training here with At One Yoga and since has traveled the world studying with a variety of teachers. Her travels range from doing humanitarian aide work in post-tsunami Sri Lanka and Southern India as well as traveling around through many other parts of the world. While in India working, Lara studied yoga with Asana Andiappan and under his teachings she won first place in the Tamil Nadu State Yoga Competition!

Lara brings a fresh yet grounded style to her teaching she is always changing and growing herself ­she promotes and encourages this philosophy in her teachings. In Lara¹s class you will experience all types of music including international favorites & tribal beats. Lara¹s goal is to have the students leave class feeling good, like a great Bob Sinclair song -free, light and energized!
