Andy Erlich, PhdAndy began practicing yoga in 1970. He first taught in 1971. He is a psychologist, author and speaker. For years he would practice yoga when he had suffered an injury, running or weight lifting or biking. After hurting his back eight years ago Andy began intensive study and practice at At One Yoga. Yoga did the trick by increasing his strength and flexibility. He finished the formal teacher certification program in 2004. His flow style classes which stress fundamentals bring mind, body and spirit together with the goal of a transformative, enjoyable and relaxing experience. Andy’s sessions reflect his belief that yoga can help to bring a person into physical, psychological and spiritual alignment. |
