Yoga Guide
As you become a part of the At One community, you may have questions or need some guidance through the many classes and teachers that are available. The yoga guide is also available to answer any questions you may have to help make you comfortable with your experience.
The yoga guide has extensive knowledge of yoga, our classes and our teachers. The guide will help you find the right class to obtain the benefits you want to achieve; find a teacher with a style that would fit with yours; provide information about the history of yoga; or discuss any experiences that you may have had during class about which you have questions.
Contacting our yoga guide is easy. After you first attend a class with At One, the yoga guide will contact you to introduce herself. If you have any initial questions, ask her then. If you need to contact her at any time simply e-mail the guide at yogaguide@atoneyoga.com.
Feel free to pose any questions you may have: What if I can’t do all the poses? Does it matter what mat I use? Which way do I face in the room? One of teachers was using a language that I don’t understand, what is that? Why is the room warm during class? We want you to feel as comfortable and knowledgeable as you can and most importantly, to enjoy your time becoming At One.
