You return to yoga after a long hiatus and remember
the amazing benefits as if emerging from your very
first class. I’ve heard so many times over the years, “Why
don’t I take yoga more often if it makes me
feel so *#*#** fantastic?!” Clearly we could all use
MORE YOGA. A great master once said, “Yoga is
99% practice and 1% theory.” Let that be your motto
when seeking to improve your health, physique, or peace
of mind. That’s the beauty of this ancient practice. You
don’t need to try harder, you don't need to do more, you
don’t need to change a thing. Just show up for class and
all will come.
If you've been practicing Basics for a while and feel that
you might want to try a flow class. Join Mary Bruce this
Saturday, March 13th from 2-4:00pm at the Phoenix
studio to learn the foundations of a flow class.
At One Yoga’s senior teacher and Ashtanga master
Dave Oliver is holding an Adjustment Workshop this
Sunday, March 14 from 1pm-5pm at the Grayhawk
studio.
YOGA DIVA
Seane Corn’s powerful message and vinyasa style played
a prominent role in the creation of At One Yoga back
in 1998. You don’t want to miss Seane’s annual visit
March 26-29th. Check out her new video on sale at
all 3 studios.
CHANT THE NIGHT AWAY
The talented Dave Stringer will lead a Kirtan or chant at
our Grayhawk studio on March 27th. If you’ve never
enjoyed a Kirtan, imagine achieving the “yoga high”
through music! It’s as good as it gets…
