Remembering the Tsunami Tragedy
Everyone at At One Yoga sends our love and prayers for those suffering from the Tsunami tragedy. The world hasn't seen the sea rise up in such a destructive fashion since 1755. Many generations have passed without the stern reminder Mother Nature offered us just a few days ago: She is in charge. Even in our cushy surroundings thousands of miles from the countries hardest hit, we stare at the news in awe...night after night. And we remember the lessons of humility living in the shadow of a Great Power; gratitude for the moments we have with the ones we love; and community and our underlying desire to honor our Oneness. These are lessons we practice everyday in yoga class...but lessons we now practice for the first time as a world truly united.

WAH and her band create a seductive spirituality with a unique mix of pop, world music and reggae. Bring the kids, bring the friend or lover who has never set foot in a yoga studio...it's gonna be an amazing night of live music!
