MY EXPERIENCE...
At One Yoga’s Teacher Training Program gave me something more lasting and much more valuable than a stronger physical practice and a bunch of sore muscles. Teacher Training enriched my understanding of the roots of yoga – the history, language, philosophy, and true purpose of practicing. The class brought together many levels of yoga students – all with one thing in common: the intention to learn more about this ancient, healing, openhearted way of life. Now, regardless of whether we go on to teach, every Teacher Training graduate has a greater understanding of why we roll out our yoga mats day after day. From the theoretical to the physical aspects of yoga, Teacher Training gave me the tools I need to share yoga with other people. And, it fortified the deeper, collective connection to why I am moved to share it in the first place.
