October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Join At One Yoga in raising awareness towards Breast Cancer and raising funds to fight it. At One Yoga will be accepting donations at all locations during the month of October. Donations will go to support breast cancer research through EIF, the Entertainment Industry Foundation, sponsor of "Lee National Denim Day". For more information on EIF and Lee National Denim Day, please go to www.denimday.com. We hope everyone will participate in the many events coming in October.

David Romanelli Yoga + Wine Workshop
Soon to be a featured section on Yahoo!, Yoga + Wine explores the aging of wine as a noble process that can serve as a model for the "healthy aging" of a human being. David will lead you through a flowing yoga class set to great tunes before he delivers you deeply into the present moment where you’ll taste flavors, hints and textures of wines impossible to experience in a harried state of mind. The featured wine of the evening will be Pinot Noir.
Join David for the Yeah Dave Yoga + Wine Workshop at the Scottsdale Studio on Friday, October 6 from 6 - 8pm.
On Saturday, October 7 at 5:30 pm at the Phoenix studio join Dave for Yeah Dave Yoga Flow followed by a party to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness month. If you miss the music and message, take in both events with David - he would love to see you!

Couples Yoga this Friday evening!
Share an extraordinary evening of yoga and massage.
Learn skills to develop sensitivity and a deeper connection with your partner during this sensual experience. The workshop will include partner assisted yoga, giving and receiving Thai massage, co-meditation, and breathing techniques. The intimacy is enhanced by a beautiful candle lit studio filled with soothing music. Come with someone special; a spouse, fiance, partner, or someone new in your life. The session is open to everyone and requires no prior experience. A great date night!
Michael has been a dedicated student and teacher of Yoga for the past decade. He became a certified practitioner of Thai Massage under the guidance of Saul David Raye.

Intro to Yoga Workshop - come see what it's all about
This 3-week introductory course is designed to help you explore the fundamentals of yoga. You will create a foundation based upon breathing techniques, primary yoga postures and universal principles of alignment.
Individual attention and hands-on adjustments will give you the necessary tools to progress to our ongoing classes. Our Intro to Yoga Program provides the optimal environment for an experienced instructor to become familiar with you and recommend classes that are most suitable to your needs.
This is also an excellent opportunity for experienced students to further refine their yoga practice.
Due to remodeling at our Scottsdale Studio, Intro to Yoga will be meeting at the Grayhawk Studio from 3pm - 5pm, starting on Sunday, October 1.

Join Dave Oliver for an Ashtanga Journey
Ashtanga yoga is prime.
It is the source of all yoga.
To study Ashtanga yoga is to touch the Ancient Masters and learn not only the poses from which all other yoga’s derive, but also to learn what is behind the physical practice of yoga.
To only and always practice the physical yoga asana is to deny learning. The theory, philosophy and stories of yoga are a grand source of joy. Come and participate in a practice-changing experience.
This three week journey is designed to stretch your comfort zone, extend the limits of your physical yoga, and challenge and mold the new you.
At One Yoga Journey Series:
The At One Yoga Journey Series is designed to offer students an opportunity to elevate their personal practice through immersion. All journeys are topic and level specific, taking place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings over the course of three weeks. This allows the instructor to see the student’s practice develop over the course of the curriculum, and allows the students to support one another throughout the experience.
Life is a journey.
The Ashtanga Yoga Journey Series with Dave Oliver begins Monday, October 9 - Friday, October 27.
