Check out class and workshop location changes during construction at www.atoneyoga.com
Change is in the air!
If you have been at the Scottsdale studio this week you have noticed that there is a lot going on! We are in the process of expanding our studio space to serve you better.
As a result of this construction, you will also notice that the classes normally held in the small studio have been temporarily relocated to either our Grayhawk Studio or our Phoenix Studio. We hope the project will be completed quickly so we can get back our normal schedule.
Be sure to check the webscheduler or give us a call to check the status of your class. The studios also have temporary schedules printed up for you to pick up - so stop in! |

David Romanelli returns to At One Yoga October 6 and 7!
"One is not old until their regrets take the place of their dreams."
- Anonymous
After graduating college, David Romanelli started taking yoga and loved it so much he quit his job working for NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal and moved to Arizona with Ian Lopatin to co-found At One Yoga. A pioneering effort in the national yoga scene, At One Yoga fuses Western culture's fashion, music and technology with Eastern culture's sacred rituals and ancient tradition. As a yoga teacher, David adds a unique spin to his traditional vinyasa flow classes. Growing up loving the Grateful Dead who'd play a different setlist at every show, he brings that uniqueness to each class which features a different playlist and a new and inspiring message. He calls his style Yeah Dave Yoga (www.yeahdaveyoga.com). David co-created the highly acclaimed "Yoga + Chocolate" and now travels across the country sharing his modern take on the 5,000 year old practice. His extensive travels and unique experience have led to David being named Yahoo!'s "Mind-Body Expert." He now teaches daily yoga
classes at Exhale in Santa Monica and Venice,
California.
Join David on Friday, October 6 for Yeah Dave Yoga + Wine Workshop at the Scottsdale Studio!
Soon to be a featured section on Yahoo!, Yoga + Wine explores the aging of wine as a noble process that can serve as a model for the "healthy aging" of a human being. David will lead you through a flowing yog a class set to great tunes before he delivers you deeply into the present moment where you’ll taste flavors, hints and textures of wines impossible to experience in a harried state of mind. The featured wine of the evening will be Pinot Noir.
Then, join David at the Phoenix Studio on Saturday, October 7 for a Yeah Dave Yoga Flow Workshop followed by Refreshments and good times with your fellow Yogis!
Check the www.atoneyoga.com/events to see additional workshop details.

Join Dave Oliver for an Ashtanga Journey
At One Yoga Journey Series Workshops:
The At One Yoga Journey Series is designed to offer students an opportunity to elevate their personal practice through immersion. All journeys are topic and level specific, taking place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings over the course of three weeks. This allows the instructor to see the student’s practice develop over the course of the curriculum, and allows the students to support one another throughout the experience.
Life is a journey.
Ashtanga Yoga Journey Series with Dave Oliver:
Ashtanga yoga is prime.
It is the source of all yoga.
To study Ashtanga yoga is to touch the Ancient Masters and learn not only the poses from which all other yoga’s derive, but also to learn what is behind the physical practice of yoga.
To only and always practice the physical yoga asana is to deny learning. The theory, philosophy and stories of yoga are a grand source of joy. Come and participate in a practice-changing experience.
This three week journey is designed to stretch your comfort zone, extend the limits of your physical yoga, and challenge and mold the new you.
The Ashtanga Journey with Dave Oliver begins on Monday, October 9.
