Understanding the Chakras: An Experiential Journey through Meditation and Slow-Flow Yoga
Look forward to your true Self shining forth with improved health and abundant energy.
Understanding our chakras and our energy body, and listening to messages of balance or imbalance, is the beginning of empowering ourselves to heal from the inside out. We can invite a greater level of health and well-being into every aspect of our lives. In this workshop you will be guided through meditation and slow-flow yoga into a discovery and greater understanding of these powerful energy centers. You will learn tools for self-healing and personal transformation.
Tara has been on a path of spirituality, self growth, yoga and meditation for over 20 years. For the past 8 years she has been a Reiki Master. Through the path of Reiki, Tara has honed the ability to sense subtle energy and heal the chakra system for herself and others.
Join Tara on Sunday, August 13 from 2pm - 4pm at our Phoenix Studio for an amazing afternoon!

About Hope for Uganda:
In a place where the population consists of 400,000 people, the AIDS pandemic has left 45,000 orphaned. Basically if nothing changes, the next generation will die like their parents did.
In Rakai, there are 975 families that are headed by children. These kids are completely alone. Under the age of 16, they’re known as Child Head of Household-the family “breadwinners.” How do they manage? They don’t. That’s why we’re here.
We’ve come to this place in Uganda to take action. To give food, water, medicine, shelter, education, love, and hope to these children who are in need. For these children, there is no way out of this mess. They can’t earn a living. They can’t even carry enough water in a jug to meet their daily needs. They are children! They are alone…
So we bought 10 acres of beautiful land on which to build a place of HOPE.
