Hypnoflow Detox Workshop with Sandra Olic
Dr. Kären van der Veer, ND kicked off a week long detoxification with a comprehensive “spring cleansing” program on April 23 to re-invent, re-inform + revitalize your nutritional world. Detoxification can help boost your immune function, cleanse your body of toxins, promote greater vitality, slow the processes of aging, lose weight, increase mental clarity + overcome fatigue. At One Yoga instructor Sandra Olic ends the week with a powerful detox finish leading us through a HypnoFlow™ yoga workshop.

YogaBeat is a rhythmic, spontaneous, up-tempo, and wildly fun all-level Yoga practice with live percussion. You do not need to be an experienced yogi or yogini to join in the fun.

Kat Puralewski-Myers is a dedicated, devoted and ever-evolving student of Yoga. She has been teaching since 1989 and training teachers since 1996. Kat uniquely blends anatomy, alignment and rhythm into a contemplative and radically dynamic approach to the practice.

Learn how to reach that next level with Intro to Flow
This workshop is for:
* Anyone desiring to embark upon the waves of Flow/Vinyasa yoga for the very first time,
* Anyone who's been practicing Flow/Vinyasa yoga for a short time and wants to become more fluid and graceful in their practice,
* Anyone who's been practicing Flow/Vinyasa yoga regularly and wants to refine and deepen their practice.
In this workshop:
* We will review the necessary ingredients for a satisfying flow/vinyasa practice,
* We will break down movement "phrases" and learn to master a greater sense of fluidity while traveling from pose to pose,
* We will practice moving and flowing with grace and ease uniting the body with the breath.
This class is designed for advanced beginners who are ready to take their practice to the next level. Intermediate and Advanced practitioners who wish to refine their practice are also welcome to attend. Come prepared to move. If you have questions about whether you are ready for this class or not contact Debora Wayne to discuss.
Debora Wayne will combine her 25+ year experience as a professional dancer and yoga practitioner/instructor to gently guide you into the wonderful world of vinyasa flow yoga.
