This will be a great opportunity for anyone looking to donate money and good vibes to those in need. The Time of My Life
Ian Lopatin, David Romanelli and Kabbalist scholar Gahl Sasson are leading a Yoga and Kabbalah Retreat to Maya Tulum, Mexico October 15-20. Currently 23 people are signed up and getting ready for 5 incredible days in paradise.

The following is At One Yoga student Teri Minken's amazing memory of her Yoga Retreat to Maya Tulum, Mexico in 2001.

"My experience on the Tulum Retreat was awesome. Tulum is a tropical paradise where you can practice yoga in a setting of tranquility,
white sand beaches and the most beautiful turquoise waters in the Caribbean. It's a totally unique setting because it's somewhat isolated and gives you a feeling of having no contact with the outside world...which is something everyone needs from time to time."

"Yoga is taught in a palapa enclosed structure on the beach, which
brings in the power of nature creating the perfect yoga experience.
My practice improved significantly over the course of the retreat."

"I didn't expect to meet so many people and even though this retreat was back in 2001, I'm still friends with many of my fellow Tulum retreaters. Since this yoga retreat, i've gone on 4 more retreats. It's an amazing, amazing experience!"

Je're 3 Time National Roller Skating Champion Je're Taffet
At One Yoga teacher Je're Taffet is not only a mother of 2, registered nurse and a great vinyasa flow yoga teacher. For 3 years running (76, 77, 78), Je're was the National Roller Skating Champion. Following is a brief interview with Je're:

Q: How does it feel to be 3 time National Roller Skating champion?

Je're: It was payoff for a lot of hard work. From the ages of 9-15 years old, I practiced 24 hours a week.

Q: Do you find that your roller skating experience makes you a better yoga teacher?

Je're: Definitely the fundamentals in roller skating are equivalent to the foundation in your yoga practice. I emphasize foundation, alignment and breathing in all of my classes.

Q: How would you describe your yoga class?

Je're: Lots of hands on adjusments, great music, soothing. I want people to leave feeling blissful and relaxed.

Je're teaches Flow on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30am at the Phoenix studio and Power on Saturday at 4:00pm in Scottsdale.
