Ashtanga ****
Traditional series of postures designed to release toxins, gain strength, add flexibility and promote calmness of mind.
Ashtanga Mix ****
Ashtanga made modern with a melding of postures from first, second, and third series. Modifications offered for difficult poses. Good music and good energy, come with an open, happy mind!
Basics **
Focus on the fundamental postures and combine breath with movement in order to build strength and flexibility.
Candlelight Flow ***
Experience a mellow, meditative evening flow class. Practice in a darkened room illuminated by candlelight.
Core Conditioning **
This uniquely designed class will strengthen and activate your core.
Flow ***
Strengthen the mind/body connection by linking breath with a series of dynamic postures. Room heated to 85 degrees.
Gentle Yoga *
Gentle Yoga combines gentle movements with breath. These classes are perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class also enjoy Gentle Yoga.
Healthy Backs *
Slow gentle stretches and strengthening poses help to relieve and prevent back pain. Focus is on spinal flexibility and relieving tension and chronic pain in the hips, back, neck and shoulders. Suitable for all levels.
Kids
Ages 5-12 Explore breath and postures through creative games and activities!
Prenatal **
Mommies-to-be will relax and stretch into postures that encourage flexibility and strength.Studies show that women who practice yoga throughout pregnancy have generally easier childbirth!
Power ***
Take your practice to the next level with a challenging sequence of postures, combined with breath to achieve balance. Room heated to 85 degrees.
Restorative *
Use the support of props to relax deeply and release residual tension, in turn restoring the body's natural balance and harmony.
Slow Flow *
Slow Flow is an all levels vinyasa-based class designed for those who enjoy moving at a slower pace without the added heat. Perfect for students newer to flow and for advanced students who prefer holding poses for several breaths.
Tai Chi *
Foster a calm and tranquil mind through this moving meditation. The fluid motion fosters better balance, alignment, and grace. No previous experience is necessary.
Yin/Restore *
The perfect combination of deep stretching (yin) and complete relaxation. This class is a wonderful complement to an active (yang) practice, and helps increase flexibility and range of motion. Suitable for all levels.
Yin/Deep Stretch **
Intensify your practice by mastering long, deep holds in postures. Work primarily on opening hips, lower back, and shoulders. A great complement to an active (yang) practice.
Yoga and Body Rolling **
An eclectic practice blending Yoga, Foot Fitness and Yamuna Body Rolling. Body Rolling is a potent healing system that elongates muscle, develops core strength, stimulates bone tissue and promotes profound healing by creating inner space and alignment. Balls provided or bring your own.
